Location: Hybrid in Berlin (Remote work allowed 2 days per week)

What you will do

• Manage and maintain daily relationships with over 500 partner publishers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Grow the publisher network by prospecting new magazines and newspapers missing from the portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding process, from lead research and pitching to contract negotiation and signing.
• Monitor market activity and benchmark competitors to keep the business updated on DACH publishing industry developments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Editorial, and Product teams to launch new partnerships and support company strategy.
• Maintain KPIs and reporting to support international development and growth in relevant markets.

Requirements

• Solid account management and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in business and contract negotiation.
• Proactive approach with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage a local market independently within an international team.
• English: C1 level (excellent written and spoken) required.
• Genuine interest in the magazines and newspapers industry.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working specifically in the DACH magazine/newspaper market.
• Deep knowledge of digital newspaper and magazine industry dynamics.
