What you will do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for robotic technology in designated surgical specialties.
• Oversee the development and substantiation of clinical claims in collaboration with legal, regulatory, and clinical teams.
• Lead initiatives to communicate clinical evidence regarding the efficacy and safety of robotic systems via digital platforms and conferences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness and adoption of hirify.global's surgical solutions.
• Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and adjust marketing plans.
• Engage in global travel (approximately 20-25%) to enhance collaboration and ensure project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or market development (or 5 years with an advanced degree).
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire (sponsorship is not offered for this level).
