Salary: $127,200 - $190,800

What you will do
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for robotic technology in designated surgical specialties.
- Oversee the development and substantiation of clinical claims in collaboration with legal, regulatory, and clinical teams.
- Lead initiatives to communicate clinical evidence regarding the efficacy and safety of robotic systems via digital platforms and conferences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness and adoption of 's surgical solutions.
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and adjust marketing plans.
- Engage in global travel (approximately 20-25%) to enhance collaboration and ensure project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in marketing or market development (or 5 years with an advanced degree).
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire (sponsorship is not offered for this level).
Nice to have
- Master’s Degree.
- Strong understanding of clinical research and evidence-based marketing practices.
- Proven ability to execute marketing strategies within complex regulatory landscapes.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
