Strategy Director, NA (MedTech)

Strategy Director (NA): Partner closely with Chief Strategy Officer and North America Leadership Team to define and drive critical strategic priorities for the region's hearing care business with an accent on market analysis, growth opportunities, and transformation initiatives. Focus on developing strategic plans, conducting competitive analyses, leading M&A evaluations, and facilitating executive planning cycles.

Location: Aurora (IL), United States (hybrid work model)

$170,000 – $215,000 (bonus and EEAP eligible; determined by experience and location)

What you will do

• Support North America Leadership Team in developing and refining regional strategic plans aligned with global priorities
• Conduct market, competitive, and industry analyses to identify growth opportunities, risks, and trends
• Lead strategic analyses, develop business cases, and support M&A screening and partnerships
• Facilitate strategic planning cycles and prepare executive-level materials
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR to drive initiatives
• Monitor performance against goals and contribute to transformation efforts

Requirements

• MBA degree and 4-7 years in top-tier strategy consulting or comparable strategic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort with data and financial models
• Structured thinking to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders
• Ability to influence in global matrixed organization without formal authority
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
