Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA (or other hirify.global hubs: Denver, Nashville, or Santiago). In-office attendance is required 3+ days a week.

Salary: $233,000 - $274,000 USD

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven experience managing quality incidents as both a technical and communication lead.
• Experience working on products at scale within highly regulated industries.
• Strong proficiency in TDD, pair programming, and agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of service architecture, system design, and lean software development.
