Salary: $184,900 - $250,200

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of 8–12 Software Development Engineers focused on infrastructure provisioning and device lifecycle.
  • Own the technical roadmap and drive delivery of features and bug fixes across hirify.global's devices portfolio.
  • Collaborate with partner teams (Fire TV, Alexa, Ring, Blink, etc.) to define firmware strategy and instrumentation architecture.
  • Drive operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment automation.
  • Manage team growth through recruiting, onboarding, and career development planning.
  • Translate business requirements into technical execution plans with clear milestones and success criteria.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
  • 7+ years of overall engineering experience.
  • Experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++.
  • Strong knowledge of the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards and livesite operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Denver, CO, USA.
