What you will do

• Manage Service Marketing Welcome Kits for new customers and oversee marketing inventory and orders.
• Coordinate technical training registrations via Microsoft Forms and manage training email communications.
• Maintain the US field service team map, address lists, and onboarding documents for the US and Canada.
• Handle purchase order management and procure team items or giveaways as needed.
• Support the logistics for tradeshows and professional meetings.
• Develop marketing materials and monitor the online sales catalog.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 3 or more years of marketing or marketing communications experience.
• Strong cross-functional and project management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external resources.
