What you will do

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including automations, sequences, and newsletters via CRM.
• Optimize marketing systems and processes from top-of-funnel awareness to customer acquisition and LTV.
• Design marketing materials, lead magnets, resources, brochures, and landing pages.
• Manage a content calendar and social media presence, including content creation and analysis.
• Track weekly KPIs and campaign performance metrics such as website traffic and lead generation.
• Coordinate the video production pipeline and manage the company website functionality.

Requirements

• Excellent written English and copywriting skills for direct marketing (samples required).
• Proficiency with CRM systems, CMS, and email marketing tools.
• Experience in project management, including budget drafting and deadline adherence.
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter without micromanagement.
