TL;DR

Manager, Marketing Strategy & Commercialization (Medtech): Driving core commercialization initiatives for the IntelliSep sepsis test with an accent on sales enablement and go-to-market planning. Focus on translating clinical evidence into compelling commercial narratives and scaling the speakers bureau.

Location: Must be based in the United States; up to 25% travel required.

What you will do

  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns, aligning tactics with strategic objectives and stakeholder messaging.
  • Drive go-to-market execution for new clinical evidence, translating data into commercially relevant messaging.
  • Own the development and optimization of sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, and customer testimonials.
  • Manage and scale the IntelliSep Speakers Bureau, including onboarding, training, and deployment.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, and Medical Affairs to drive customer engagement and adoption.
  • Collaborate with speakers to execute national scientific and educational programs, such as webinars and symposia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, commercialization, consulting, or strategy within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences.
  • Ability to work in the United States.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, persuasive commercial messaging.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • MBA or other business-focused graduate degree.
  • Clinical background or degree.
  • Experience supporting speaker programs, webinars, or scientific symposia.
  • Familiarity with emergency medicine, critical care, or hospital-based selling environments.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
