What you will do
- Lead the development of marketing campaigns, aligning tactics with strategic objectives and stakeholder messaging.
- Drive go-to-market execution for new clinical evidence, translating data into commercially relevant messaging.
- Own the development and optimization of sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, and customer testimonials.
- Manage and scale the IntelliSep Speakers Bureau, including onboarding, training, and deployment.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Clinical, and Medical Affairs to drive customer engagement and adoption.
- Collaborate with speakers to execute national scientific and educational programs, such as webinars and symposia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, commercialization, consulting, or strategy within healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences.
- Ability to work in the United States.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, persuasive commercial messaging.
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- MBA or other business-focused graduate degree.
- Clinical background or degree.
- Experience supporting speaker programs, webinars, or scientific symposia.
- Familiarity with emergency medicine, critical care, or hospital-based selling environments.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
