Salary: $193,600.00 - $290,400.00 USD

What you will do
- Define and prioritize global market development strategies to address barriers and expand therapy adoption.
- Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies for referral physicians and patient populations.
- Prioritize and engage with key audiences, including General Cardiologists, Primary Care, and Nephrology.
- Build and manage partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive awareness and credibility.
- Develop comprehensive patient journey mapping and direct-to-patient marketing campaigns.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing global market development team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (degrees earned outside the US must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)).
- 10+ years of experience in market development, marketing, or program development.
- 7+ years of managerial experience.
- Experience within the pharma and/or medical device industry.
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science.
- Healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven experience in developing new markets and implementing performance tracking.
