Business Development Representative (DACH) – German Speaker: Generate and nurture sales leads for hirify.global's unified cloud-based platform focused on Human Risk Management and email security with an accent on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and partner collaboration. Focus on conducting high-volume cold calls and emails, articulating value propositions, and managing pipeline to create new business opportunities.

Location: Hybrid in London, Great Britain (office at least two days per week)

Salary: £48,000−£72,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify leads.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads, perform needs analysis, and assess fit for hirify.global products.
  • Research target accounts, profile decision-makers, and identify pain points.
  • Pitch hirify.global’s value proposition, secure meetings, and hand off to sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, channel partners, and account executives to generate joint opportunities.
  • Maintain pipeline in CRM, track activities, and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset, resilience to handle objections, and self-starter attitude.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in sales platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to feedback.
