What you will do

• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions tailored to diverse client needs and learning styles.
• Develop blended learning experiences including instructor-led sessions, self-guided resources, and workflow-based training.
• Stay as SME on product features, incorporate updates into materials, and refine based on feedback.
• Provide customer support, guide users through software, and align training with client business objectives.
• Act as trusted partner for client success beyond standard training.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in dental practice operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Customer-centric mindset with understanding of dental professionals' needs
• Agile and adaptable to new technology
• Engaging communicator who makes learning enjoyable
• Tech-savvy problem solver for complex workflows
