TL;DR

Training Generalist (Healthcare): Developing and implementing training curricula and onboarding processes for clinical and non-clinical teams with an accent on instructional design and healthcare compliance. Focus on building scalable educational content, optimizing onboarding workflows, and mentoring the training team to enhance pediatric care delivery.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

What you will do

  • Partner cross-functionally with subject matter experts to develop curricula, training plans, job aids, and videos.
  • Optimize and execute onboarding tasks for both clinical and non-clinical teams.
  • Directly present training content to various audiences and mentor the training team.
  • Collaborate with the People Team and business leaders to ensure alignment of educational content.
  • Build, implement, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Lead values-based leadership education and development within the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2-3+ years of instructional design experience with expertise in the ADDIE model.
  • 2-5+ years of training experience specifically within a healthcare setting.
  • Advanced experience with course creation for Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience training EMR systems, preferably Athena.
  • Proficiency with design software and authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), and Vyond.
