Professional Development Manager (Training)

Salary: $85,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Conduct virtual, on-site, and off-site training sessions to implement Patients for Life (PFL) programs.
• Develop and implement professional development plans to help members achieve transformational growth.
• Provide regular virtual coaching on patient experience, call handling, and communication effectiveness.
• Guide hearing care providers through a structured consultation process to strengthen patient connections.
• Deliver training via multiple pathways, including e-learning, webinars, live events, and one-on-one coaching.
• Collaborate with Strategic Business Unit teammates and leadership to support business results.

Requirements

• Must reside in the greater Vancouver-Portland metropolitan area.
• At least 3 years of experience in training, organizational development, coaching, or content development.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Thorough understanding of adult learning methodologies and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area of study (preferred).
• Ability to travel up to 25% for member events and trainings.
