What you will do

• Model new business opportunities like credit cards and cohort-based financing to inform product roadmap.
• Support capital markets execution by assessing, structuring, and closing financing facilities.
• Own diligence requests and ongoing reporting to external partners, leadership, and board.
• Bridge finance and product by translating financial requirements into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
• Operate with high ownership in ambiguous, fast-moving environment to define long-term vision for financial products.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or analytical strategic finance/bizops at fast-growing startup (ideally fintech).
• World-class financial modeling skills to build complex dynamic models from scratch.
• Understanding of capital markets, debt facilities, asset-backed financing.
• Expert in Excel/Google Sheets and strong SQL skills.
• Thrive in ambiguity, act like an owner, systems thinker balancing detail, speed, and impact.
