TL;DR

Site HR Manager (HR Operations): Providing generalist HR support including employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management within an industrial environment with an accent on compliance and employee engagement. Location: Must be based in Pasadena, TX, USA (Hybrid / Works from home options available)

Salary: $91,200 - $121,400 USD

What you will do

  • Counsel facility managers on employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure equitable application of company policies.
  • Manage recruitment efforts, determine sourcing strategies, and partner with local agencies and universities to improve diversity.
  • Guide managers on compensation, compliance, talent development, and retention strategies.
  • Implement corporate HR initiatives and communicate company policies effectively across the area.
  • Establish trust and credibility with employees to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Model and promote safety leadership within the facility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or HR.
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor law.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • SPHR/PHR certification.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • Knowledge of Lean Principles.
