Customer Success Manager, Growth (MedTech SaaS): Manage a large book of business for MedTech companies using a data platform to drive user adoption, platform value recognition, and strategic insights with an accent on executive sponsorship, change management, and business reviews. Focus on generating renewals and expansions, monitoring account health, mitigating risks, and partnering with sales for growth strategies.
Location: Boston or Remote (You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered; full-remote flexibility for US employees).
OTE salary range: $120,000-$160,000

What you will do
- Manage a large book of business across various account specialties and product use-cases.
- Drive high user adoption via executive sponsorship, change management, and best practices.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews to communicate value and provide strategic suggestions.
- Generate contract renewals by positioning the platform as critical to sales processes.
- Partner with Account Executives on growth strategies, renewals, and expansions.
- Monitor account health to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Eligible work permit in the USA required.
- Deep experience in Customer Success for Enterprise SaaS and/or Medical Technology industry.
- Ability to build close relationships through empathy and curiosity.
- Eagerness to learn technical platform aspects.
- Proactive, self-driven with strong verbal/written communication (email & PPT).
- Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize.
Nice to have
- Analytical background with data platforms (Amplitude, Looker, etc.).
- Experience with customer success platforms (Gainsight, Planhat, etc.), including configuration.
