What you will do
- Convert inbound leads and execute proactive outbound prospecting to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial discovery and negotiation to closing deals to increase ARR.
- Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations aligned with specific client business needs.
- Maintain precise forecasting, pipeline health, and CRM hygiene within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client transitions to Account Management and Client Services.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, MIR, or BDR.
- Proven track record of self-sourcing meetings and consistently hitting KPIs and targets.
- Experience presenting to and interacting with corporate stakeholders and clients.
- Experience managing sales cycles and deal sizes comparable to those handled by .
- Must be located in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel for hybrid office collaboration.
