What you will do

• Record, verify, and consolidate treasury transactions in the general ledger.
• Oversee month-end close and treasury functions using fluctuation analysis to identify financial variances.
• Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting for offshore partners on cash-related tasks.
• Partner on cross-functional accounting projects and support general accounting activities.
• Coordinate auditor testing and support the maturation of internal controls.
• Participate in organization-wide initiatives to incorporate AI into daily accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another business field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally with cash and treasury activities.
• Experience working with offshore partners.
• Knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Openness to leveraging AI tools to improve accounting accuracy and speed.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Big 4 accounting or Medicare Advantage experience.
• Experience with NetSuite, Floqast, Kyriba, or AI-driven accounting software.
• Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley control execution and documentation.
