Senior Accountant (Accounts Payable)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end AP cycle including invoice receipt, coding, approval routing, and payment processing.
• Maintain general ledger and reconcile balance sheet accounts such as cash, prepaids, and accounts payable.
• Maintain vendor master data and enforce W-9/1099 compliance.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and year-end closing.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Ramp, Airbase, Avalara, and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with payroll processing and tax filings.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Experience with sales taxes and sales tax filings.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and financial analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
