What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and accruals.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close procedures, reconciliations, and cut-off controls.
  • Prepare audit-ready PBCs and act as the primary subject matter expert for external auditors (KPMG).
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to scale AP workflows using AI tools.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Accounting and FP&A on accrual accuracy and cash forecasting.
  • Develop standardized AP procedures and mentor additional resources as the team scales.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of accounting experience with 3+ years specifically managing AP operations.
  • Experience in high-growth or complex environments (healthcare, fintech, or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP (expense recognition, accruals, prepaids) and internal controls.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing workflows within NetSuite and Ramp.
  • Ability to implement scalable processes and a drive for AI-based automation.
