What you will do

• Drive automation of repetitive or error-prone workflows to ensure a reliable single source of truth across the tech stack.
• Lead all company expenditures, overseeing AP invoices, corporate card transactions, and employee reimbursements for policy compliance.
• Own material segments of the General Ledger, producing audit-ready reconciliations and workpapers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support annual audits and refine the internal control framework to ensure clean operations.
• Research and document technical accounting positions regarding capitalized software and stock-based compensation.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably starting in Big 4 or a national firm.
• Industry experience in a high-growth SaaS or Fintech environment.
• Strong technical GAAP foundation with the ability to research and apply accounting standards.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA license is highly preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (E-Verify used).

Nice to have

• Experience with Ramp or Bill.com.
• Specific expertise in ASC 842, 350-40, 340-40, or 718.
