TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece

hirify.global provides a subscription commerce platform that automates workflows from quote to bill for IT distributors, MSPs, and telcos.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for selected roles, from intake and sourcing strategy to offers and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on candidate profiles, and improve interview quality.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, direct sourcing, and referrals.
  • Enhance recruitment tools and practices, including scorecards, interview guides, and reporting metrics.
  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle activities to ensure a consistent experience for new hires.
  • Act as an HRBP for specific teams, providing coaching to managers and advising on people-related matters.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within fast-paced SaaS or technology environments.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven track record of owning full-cycle recruitment for technical or product roles.
  • Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing via LinkedIn and proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Must be located in or able to work hybrid from Athens or Thessaloniki.

Nice to have

  • Deep knowledge of Greek employment law and statutory compliance.
  • Experience working in a scaling company during the initial build-out of the HR function.
