Salary: $156,750 - $198,450 per year (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy ML models to solve marketing, forecasting, and operational problems.
• Track model performance and detect drift to implement necessary corrective measures.
• Develop time-series forecasts and performance dashboards to inform business decisions.
• Clean, transform, and maintain structured datasets to ensure reliable inputs for analytics.
• Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Produce clear documentation of models and data pipelines for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in data science, applied statistics, or machine learning.
• Strong foundation in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn; PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with ML workflows: preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and validation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global’s states of operation in the US.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Advanced knowledge of AI toolkits such as Claude or Gemini.
• Expertise in BI dashboarding tools such as Sigma or Tableau.
• Strong Excel skills.
