What you will do

• Lead and manage the internal multisport Social Content Creator team aligned to company priorities.
• Coordinate and program coverage across sport-specific handles (Boxing, Football, NFL) and the main @hirify.global handle.
• Develop the programming strategy to ensure effective creator deployment during key fights and matchdays.
• Serve as the primary editorial decision-maker during live events to ensure fast, platform-native publishing.
• Create hands-on content, including filming, editing, and clipping live feeds.
• Utilize performance insights to optimize coverage plans and the content mix.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading social teams within sports or media environments.
• Deep editorial knowledge of boxing, football, NFL, and other major sports.
• Experience managing internal creators and scheduling simultaneous priorities.
• Proficiency in end-to-end social content creation (filming and editing).
• Must be based in the New York office and available to work shifts across Monday - Sunday.
