What you will do

• Manage and publish organic content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Coordinate with editors, creators, and leadership to ensure content readiness and brand consistency.
• Write and finalize captions, hashtags, and post copy.
• Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics including reach, engagement, and growth.
• Maintain a centralized content calendar and asset library.
• Identify patterns in content performance and provide actionable insights to the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or scheduling content across multiple social platforms.
• Must be based in the United States, Colombia, Mexico, or the Philippines.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout and experience with ClickUp.
• Experience with Manychat and DM setting.
• Clear and confident written English communication.
• Access to high-speed internet and a reliable workstation.
