What you will do

• Own the day-to-day execution of a specific operational vertical (Tenant Find, Property Management, or Payments) across all integrated agencies.
• Manage and scale teams from 50 to 250+ people through a layer of Team Coordinators.
• Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, dashboards, and performance standards to protect service quality.
• Track leading indicators and intervene proactively to resolve risks before they impact tenants or landlords.
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm via daily standups, weekly 1:1s, and performance reviews.
• Serve as the primary conduit between front-line operations and central product/engineering teams to surface inefficiencies.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in hands-on operational management.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing 100+ people via a multi-layer structure (managing leads/coordinators).
• Proven background in high-volume, KPI-driven environments such as contact centers, BPO, or retail branch networks.
• Strong data literacy and the ability to make evidence-based decisions using dashboards.
• Experience in fast-growing businesses with 5x+ YoY growth.
• Must be based in London, UK.
