What you will do

• Design and implement AI solutions to solve complex customer problems within the AI group.
• Lead the implementation of complex features by breaking them down into small, manageable iterations.
• Write maintainable, testable, and optimized code and provide mentorship to junior team members.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust and repeatable deployment of services.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
• Gather and integrate feedback from data platform users to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with a commitment to incremental delivery.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with the Python ecosystem.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS (Lambda, ECS, Kubernetes), Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, and cloud-native design.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Must be based in the US (Boston).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data science techniques.
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and paired programming.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, or .NET.
