What you will do

• Collaborate with leadership, architects, and product teams to define technical direction and feature priorities.
• Design and implement scalable microservices and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Celery.
• Build AI-powered applications and supporting platforms for development, deployment, and operation.
• Integrate and optimize data systems like Postgres, Redis, and Elasticsearch for AI and cybersecurity workloads.
• Take end-to-end ownership of major features from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Provide technical mentorship, influence architecture decisions, and stay current with Generative AI advances.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional software development, including scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong Python skills with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3, Bedrock), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, Redis) and Elasticsearch.
• Experience owning large features end-to-end, mentoring engineers, and shaping technical strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or conversational AI.
• Exposure to cybersecurity products like XDR, MDR, SIEM, or SOAR.
• Familiarity with Agentic Coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
