What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features that directly impact users.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical AI solutions.
• Integrate and orchestrate multiple LLMs to deliver robust, context-aware, and personalized experiences.
• Prototype and iterate on new AI features using user feedback and data for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI services in production environments.
• Mentor other engineers in the best practices for building AI-powered products.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping AI-powered features or products in a production environment.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, including their strengths, limitations, and integration strategies.
• 5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience with PostgresDB, MySQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience implementing production-ready observability and logging.
• Location: Must be based in the United States
