Salary: $143,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Lead and scale the internal IT support function to ensure a high-quality, consistent employee experience.
• Manage a team responsible for day-to-day IT support and operational ownership.
• Drive improvements in internal IT processes, tooling, and automation.
• Collaborate with Security, Systems Engineering, and People Ops to support the full employee lifecycle.
• Develop documentation, playbooks, and repeatable operational processes to ensure scalability.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or internal infrastructure.
• 1–3 years of experience managing or leading IT support teams.
• Proficiency with Okta, Jamf, Intune, Freshservice, and Google Workspace/M365.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and endpoint security (MFA, EDR).
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card holder, etc.) to comply with export control regulations.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling IT support teams in high-growth environments.
• Knowledge of automation/scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) or Terraform.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
• Background in project or program management.
