What you will do

• Manage all physical IT infrastructure, including cabling, WiFi, laptops, and video meeting technology.
• Evaluate hardware/software purchasing and negotiate with vendors to maintain accurate subscription records.
• Own the end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
• Administer core systems including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and MDM environments.
• Support IT compliance globally by owning controls for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.
• Manage external servers and develop the on-premise roadmap for data centers and GPU hardware.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on IT operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced company.
• Admin-level proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools (Jamf, Intune) and SSO (Okta, Google SSO).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Practical familiarity with SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 IT controls.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with servers and on-premise hardware.
• Strong habits in creating clear and useful technical documentation.
