Salary: $188,000 – $275,000

What you will do

• Own and manage core IT and SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Cloudflare.
• Design scalable configurations and drive automation across the IT ecosystem to improve system reliability.
• Standardize tooling and reduce SaaS sprawl by deprecating legacy or unsupported systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Identity, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure integration.
• Execute on consolidation and standardization efforts to eliminate technical debt.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT systems engineering, enterprise IT, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms like Google Workspace and Slack.
• Strong expertise in DNS, domain management, and email authentication protocols (DKIM, SPF, DMARC).
• Experience with Cloudflare or similar edge/network platforms.
• Proficiency in automation using Python, PowerShell, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Nice to have

• Experience with Identity providers such as Okta or Entra.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX, or GDPR.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Workato.
• Background in enterprise IT architecture or platform standardization in high-growth environments.
