What you will do

• Design and maintain identity, access, and automation infrastructure to power all teams.
• Implement zero-trust architectures and defense-in-depth security strategies.
• Develop automated workflows to eliminate manual processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Scale and integrate core IT systems, including managing M&A integrations and tenant consolidations.
• Build self-service tooling for access requests, group management, and device enrollment.
• Maintain a comprehensive IT knowledge base to power AI-assisted employee support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing secure IT systems in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in IAM, specifically configuring SAML, OAuth, and SCIM integrations.
• Proficiency with modern MDM platforms like Kandji or Jamf across macOS, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS.
• Ability to write code (Python, Bash) to solve complex infrastructure problems.
• Experience securing enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom.
• Must be based in or able to work in-person in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Background in AWS or GCP and network security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
