What you will do

• Develop and maintain CaaS and PaaS platforms using the Kubernetes ecosystem.
• Design platform releases and integrate new technical capabilities.
• Manage monitoring, first-line operations, and second-level incident management.
• Handle system lifecycle and change management processes.
• Operate infrastructure and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with a multinational team across Greece, Croatia, Slovakia, and Spain.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps or SRE.
• Proficiency in Go (mandatory) and Linux system administration (Ubuntu).
• Experience with Kubernetes cluster administration, Cluster API, and Calico.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, SRE, and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience with Prometheus, PXE bare metal provisioning, and VXLAN.
• Must be based in or able to work in Warsaw (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, Rust, or C/C++.
• Experience with Hyperscaler services such as AKS or GKE.
• Familiarity with OpenStack (Octavia, Cinder) and Kubernetes-OpenStack integrations.
• Experience with BGP, EVPN, IP multicasting, and ECMP.
