What you will do

• Handle alerts, incidents, and service requests within SLA, owning customer escalations.
• Perform provisioning of new environments and upgrade infrastructure components and product applications.
• Troubleshoot environment issues through root cause analysis and blameless post-mortems.
• Collaborate with product teams to build scalable, reliable, and highly performant services.
• Create and update operational runbooks and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Build automation tools to reduce repeated operational tasks and manual toil.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Krakow, Poland
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise-scale Linux Administration.
• 4+ years of experience tuning Java applications and Apache Tomcat application servers.
• 2+ years of hands-on operational experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL or Oracle) and basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

Nice to have

• AWS Certification.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
• Previous experience with Pega products.
• Exposure to GCP or Azure.
