What you will do

• Design, maintain, and enhance the monitoring and observability platform to improve system visibility and prevent production issues.
• Provide on-duty service coverage, including day and night shifts, to troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define monitoring needs and implement tailored solutions.
• Develop and refine alerts and dashboards to reduce noise and increase the significance of notifications.
• Integrate monitoring systems with third-party platforms such as Jira and Opsgenie.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities for repetitive tasks using AI-assisted approaches.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, SRE, DevOps, or Monitoring Support Engineer (L2+).
• Proficiency with Linux-like operating systems (Debian-based).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, specifically Docker, Kubernetes, and LXC/LXD.
• Development skills in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Go, and familiarity with REST APIs.
• Understanding of database concepts, with a preference for PostgreSQL experience.
• English: B1 level or higher; Russian: B2 level or higher required.

• Practical interest and experience in using AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
