Senior DevSecOps Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with one day per week in the Warsaw office, Poland

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a Cloud DevSecOps/SRE team supporting AI, MLOps, and Data applications.
• Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps processes using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
• Develop and manage Kubernetes environments with Anthos, OCP, Istio, and Helm.
• Expand the Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code platform for repeatable cloud provisioning.
• Maintain platform security, data access, compliance, observability, reliability, and scalability in a regulated banking environment.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to improve engineering processes and implement platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical leader in Cloud, DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, networking, autoscaling, security, and cloud-native platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with CI/CD and GitOps, especially Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD.
• Strong Linux and cloud experience; GCP is highly preferred.
• Experience maintaining ML/LLM models in production, including availability, latency, rollbacks, and versioning.
• Deep understanding of security, IAM, networking, compliance, observability, and long-term platform architecture.
