DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

Salary: 145,600–217,600 PLN annually (base) + possible annual bonus/commission and benefits

What you will do

• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable application deployments.
• Automate routine operational tasks using scripting (Python, shell) and maintain deployment/release tools.
• Operate cloud environments (AWS preferred), including provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.
• Manage environments across development, QA, and production stages.
• Use observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Splunk, PDC) to monitor health, analyze logs/metrics/alerts, and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot deployment, performance, and infrastructure issues in collaboration with senior engineers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, DevOps, IT, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD concepts/tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Understanding of application architecture, web technologies, or databases.
