TL;DR
DevOps Engineer (AWS): Building and supporting reliable, scalable cloud-based application environments with an accent on CI/CD automation, cloud operations, and observability-driven troubleshooting. Location: Remote/Hybrid (office in Krakow, Bonarka4Business Center)
Salary: 145,600–217,600 PLN annually (base) + possible annual bonus/commission and benefits

runs a cloud engineering organization and operates a technology hub in Poland (Pega Poland) focused on delivering software solutions.
What you will do
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable application deployments.
- Automate routine operational tasks using scripting (Python, shell) and maintain deployment/release tools.
- Operate cloud environments (AWS preferred), including provisioning, configuration, and maintenance.
- Manage environments across development, QA, and production stages.
- Use observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Splunk, PDC) to monitor health, analyze logs/metrics/alerts, and assist with root-cause analysis.
- Troubleshoot deployment, performance, and infrastructure issues in collaboration with senior engineers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, DevOps, IT, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and command-line tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD concepts/tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
- Understanding of application architecture, web technologies, or databases.
