What you will do

  • Supervise local Country Managers and their respective teams across the region.
  • Manage strategic relationships with SAP offices in Europe.
  • Build and optimize regional resources, structure, and business growth.
  • Develop existing clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales achievement through the direct sales channel.
  • Oversee CRM opportunities, account/program management, and monitor P&L and budgets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proven experience in people management and leading virtual teams.
  • Experience in international and cross-cultural sales.
  • Expert knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One.
  • Experience managing regional and global ERP implementations for Large Enterprise (LE) or Multinational Corporation (MNC) clients.
  • English: Fluent or Native level proficiency required.

  • Proficiency in additional languages.
