Principal Program Manager (Fraud & AI)

Principal Program Manager (Fraud & AI): Leading long-term strategic initiatives for fraud prevention and AI-driven security solutions within the Identity & Trust organization with an accent on scalability, fraud risk assessments, and automated controls. Focus on designing agentic workflows, leveraging LLMs to reshape fraud prevention, and managing high-impact incident responses.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week) from the London office

What you will do

• Define and lead long-term fraud prevention strategies across products and geographies, influencing stakeholder priorities and resource plans.
• Build AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to close systemic gaps in fraud, scams, and promotion abuse.
• Own major incident response, including root cause analysis and long-term solution delivery.
• Coach other program managers and design continuous improvements to risk frameworks and program rituals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program management or risk control ownership within the fraud domain.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the London office.
• Deep expertise in fraud detection and prevention systems, rule design, and model implementation.
• Hands-on experience designing agentic workflows and working with LLMs.
• Technical fluency with SQL skills and comfort analyzing fraud risk data and operational metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

• Background in payments, fintech, or remittance.
• Financial crimes certifications such as CFE or CFCS.
