What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle for new business, from initial prospecting to closing.
• Build and execute GTM strategies leveraging relationships with Cloud Service Providers and technology vendors.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients, enhancing their CX outcomes through engineering and managed services.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, alliances, and sales engineering teams to optimize prospect offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT or managed services sales within CX and CCaaS domains.
• Proven success closing multi-year, 7-figure enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of net-new logo acquisition for enterprise customers.
• Ability to position AI-enabled CX outcomes (automation, analytics) as business value.
• Deep expertise in the CSP ecosystem, specifically with Genesys, Google, or Amazon.
• Must be based in the United States.
