What you will do

• Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and SRE/DevOps leadership.
• Identify, qualify, and close complex six- and seven-figure expansion (upsell, cross-sell) opportunities.
• Coordinate virtual account teams, including Solution Consultants, SDRs, and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive engagement strategy.
• Maintain sales pipeline and deliver accurate quarterly/annual forecasts using Salesforce.
• Lead negotiations for large-scale enterprise agreements and manage procurement and legal complexities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a quota-carrying, enterprise-focused B2B SaaS sales role.
• Proven ability to manage 6- and 7-figure deals with sales cycles exceeding 6 months.
• Command of MEDDPIC, Challenger, or Value-based selling methodologies.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical leaders and business executives.
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland or the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
