TL;DR

Account Executive - Commercial (SaaS): Managing strategic existing customers to convert product usage into enterprise partnerships with an accent on land-and-expand motions and platform consolidation. Focus on navigating C-suite stakeholders, driving Annual Committed Revenue (ACR), and displacing niche competitors using observability and AI-driven analytics.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

What you will do

  • Mine consumption data to convert elastic usage into predictable Annual Committed Revenue (ACR).
  • Execute "Take-out" strategies to identify silos using legacy solutions and drive platform consolidation.
  • Conduct mandatory Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and maintain account plans aligned with customer business goals.
  • Navigate beyond DevOps leads to Economic Buyers (CTO/CIO/VP Eng) to secure multi-year commitments and Global MSAs.
  • Drive expansion using OpenTelemetry (OTel), AIOps, and Security (SIEM/CSPM) capabilities.
  • Manage a portfolio of Commercial segment customers in APAC, ensuring disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Sales (AE/SAE).
  • Proven track record of driving Land-and-Expand motions in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in competitive displacement and articulating ROI for unified observability and security platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical consumption metrics into business-level value realization for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience in complex enterprise sales.
  • Experience with SFDC and MEDDPICC-based forecasting.
