What you will do

• Review applications, support structured screening, and identify strong candidate fits.
• Build and maintain hiring tools like interview guides, scorecards, and criteria.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and ATS records with attention to detail.
• Contribute to strong candidate experience through smooth, professional processes.
• Assist with job postings, promotion, and employer brand support.
