What you will do

  • Develop joint GTM strategies aligned with business objectives, sales priorities, and partner capabilities.
  • Execute integrated multi-channel co-marketing campaigns including webinars, digital demand gen, and joint events.
  • Craft joint value propositions, solution briefs, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
  • Own lead generation targets and optimize partner channels for maximum ROI.
  • Coach and enable partners on marketing best practices to effectively co-sell hirify.global solutions.
  • Define KPIs and provide reporting on campaign performance and pipeline health.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B partner, channel, or alliance marketing within SaaS, data, or enterprise technology.
  • Track record of building joint GTM programs that drive measurable lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Experience with Hubspot, CRM tools, and performance analytics dashboards.
  • Intermediate to advanced AI fluency in utilizing generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate content and project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into market narratives.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, cybersecurity, or FinTech industries.
  • Existing relationships with major data providers and ecosystems such as Fireblocks, Databricks, or AWS.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and compliance landscape surrounding digital assets.
