Head of Procurement

TL;DR

Head of Procurement: Build and own procurement initiatives across goods and services for the company and the wider Brandtech Group, with an accent on technology-first procurement transformation and contract/supplier management. Focus on launching the Omnea procurement technology, driving spend synergies using data insights and metrics, and mitigating commercial and reputational risk through robust renewal and contract processes.

Location: London, England, United Kingdom (2-3 days a week from the London offices)

What you will do

• Build and own an opportunity pipeline delivering short-, mid-, and long-term procurement value initiatives across IIG and the wider Brandtech Group.
• Drive the launch of the acquired Procurement technology (Omnea) for IIG.
• Create and implement group-wide procurement strategies aligned to organizational goals, working with executive and senior operational leads.
• Use technology and data insights (benchmarks, metrics) to identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities.
• Champion best-practice sourcing processes across the group and manage key suppliers.
• Mitigate commercial and reputational risk via robust contract management and proactive renewal pipeline management.

Requirements

• Significant senior experience in a related procurement role, including experience building or leading a procurement function (advantage).
• Proven ability to influence senior executive stakeholders and lead transformational change.
• Strong sourcing principles and best practices, with a strong understanding of key contractual terms and conditions.
• Experience managing IT/technology spend categories is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a creative, outside-the-box approach to delivering business outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability with quick data interpretation and advanced Excel skills.
