What you will do

  • Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline within a defined US region or account set.
  • Lead consultative, senior-level conversations focused on driving business outcomes.
  • Conduct deep discovery to translate customer challenges into value-driven stories and ROI business cases.
  • Navigate complex buying groups, including legal and procurement processes, to close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success teams.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and clear communication to sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals with large retailers or consumer brands.
  • Experience building value-based business cases and handling multi-stakeholder cycles.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
  • Strong executive presence and confident communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous success specifically within US markets.
  • Experience in ecommerce, CX, martech, or logistics technology.
  • Experience working in a scale-up environment.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
