What you will do
- Manage customer relationships from a services perspective.
- Perform proactive customer diagnosis to understand and address customer needs.
- Create, implement, and follow up on quality account plans in collaboration with account teams.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop fact-based value proposals to close deals.
- Drive the growth of profitable service contracts.
- Coordinate with internal global interfaces to support the resolution of technical issues for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent (Graduated 2025-2026).
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Ability to build successful relationships with stakeholders from diverse cultures.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Hochheim, Germany site.

- Experience working in the food industry or other technical areas.
- Previous international studies or professional experience.
