What you will do

• Create new opportunities, upsell customers, and manage full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and targets.
• Prepare quotes, present proposals, and negotiate contracts balancing client value and company margins.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of business development activities.
• Provide client feedback to Product Team for product improvements.
• Work with local industry groups and attend events, with occasional travel to client locations.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (min. C2)
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales
• Confident phone presence, fearlessness in leading meetings, and great listening skills
• Strong communication skills in writing and over the phone
• Self-motivation, resilience, and growth mindset open to feedback and coaching
