Account Manager (Electronics): Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts in the EMS market with an accent on commercial growth and operational coordination. Focus on aligning customer needs with production capabilities and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Location: Hybrid (Willich, Germany). Must combine site presence with customer visits.

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including program management, supply chain, quality, and purchasing.
  • Align customer needs with internal capabilities to ensure operational feasibility.
  • Support customer visits, audits, and site tours to maintain strong relationships.
  • Contribute to sales pipeline development and marketing initiatives within the German market.
  • Ensure project follow-up and delivery in collaboration with program management.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong understanding of the EMS / electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Professional level proficiency in both German and English.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix and cross-functional organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in program management or project coordination.
  • Exposure to industrial, defense, or home & building automation (HBAS) markets.
